Donor Wall of Recognition

All of us who live and work in northeastern Montana stand to benefit from continued quality healthcare and medical services. Each time you give a gift to the Foundation you help ensure access to excellent, lifelong healthcare for our community. This distinctive wall of honor is special because it recognizes the commitment to and financial support of healthcare in our area by our generous community. Each tax-deductible contribution you make to the Foundation for Community Care is recorded. All of your gifts are combined to note your cumulative giving level, which will be recognized on this wall of honor, unless you request anonymity. The Donor Wall of Recognition (located at Sidney Health Center) is updated yearly to reflect additional gifts, which elevate donors to higher levels. The cumulative giving levels are as follows:
